These terms apply to your use of the website at curapro.ai (the “site”), run by CURAproAI, Inc. (“CURApro”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you give us.
The CURApro product
These terms cover the website only. Access to the CURApro product is provided only under a separate written agreement signed with each customer. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site obliges us to provide the product to anyone.
Using the site
You may browse the site and contact us for your own business purposes. You agree not to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, through the site;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren’t meant to reach, or interfere with how the site works;
- send spam, malware, or automated or bulk requests, including through the demo form;
- copy, scrape or republish the site’s content in bulk, or use it to build a competing product or train AI models, without our written permission;
- pretend to be someone else or give us false information.
Information on the site
The site describes CURApro and how it is designed to work. Please keep the following in mind:
- Targets are goals, not results. Figures labeled as targets, such as time to a first estimate, opportunity bandwidth or margin erosion, are what CURApro is designed to achieve. They are not promises or guarantees of any result.
- Examples are illustrative. Sample screens, conversations, engagements, estimates and figures are fictional and shown to explain how the product works.
- No offer or advice. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, a quote, or professional, legal or financial advice. Any estimate you rely on for your own business is your decision.
- Things change. We may update or remove content and features at any time, and we don’t promise the site is always complete or up to date.
Our intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, graphics and code, and the CURApro.ai name and logos, belong to CURAproAI, Inc. or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, revocable permission to view the site. No other rights are granted.
Other names that appear on the site, such as Databricks, Unity Catalog and Microsoft Teams, are trademarks of their owners. Their appearance doesn’t mean those companies endorse or partner with us.
What you send us
When you request a demo, you agree that the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to share them.
Please don’t send confidential information, including your clients’ documents or data, through the site. If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about CURApro, we may use them freely, without paying you and without any duty to keep them confidential. Any confidential material we exchange later will be covered by a separate written agreement.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to, or rely on, websites and services run by others. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, CURAproAI, Inc. and its officers, employees and agents won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to US$100.
Some places don’t allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited. In those places, these limits apply only as far as the law permits.
Indemnity
If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, of any claim against us that results.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve the matter informally by contacting each other first.
Changes and general terms
- Changes. We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
- Suspension. We may suspend or block access to the site for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses it.
- Whole agreement. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement about the site. A signed customer agreement covers the product.
- Severability. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- No waiver. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- Assignment. We may transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business. You may not transfer them without our consent.
